Our strategy is to enhance the performance of our portfolio companies by integrating our operating model, capital, and transaction experience to build market-leading businesses. Our in-house resources allow us to be flexible in investment structure, type and size.
Our team is primarily comprised of senior level investment professionals with many years of investing experience. Unlike institutional funds, we do not have multiple committees and the decision makers are involved throughout the investment process.
